Spending a lot of time practicing your juggling is a good idea, if you're practicing correctly. Without proper training, all the hours you spend practicing can actually be harmful to your potential if you have bad habits that you're unaware of. Practice makes permanent, not perfect. Perfect practice makes perfect. The WJF Training Camp is the first of its kind to dedicate four days strictly to proper practice techniques of juggling in a variety of different areas. From beginning to advanced juggling; 360s, 180s, overhead throws, backcrosses, body throws, transitions, site swaps, shower patterns and more. These workshops teach you what you need to know to advance your juggling skill the most efficient way possible. Come ready to learn and with an open mind. Hardcore training is not the most fun thing you can do. But if improving your juggling skill is what you're looking for, this is the place to be.
