Check-in time is 4pm, check-out time is 11am.
Bed type, smoking preference, and other special requests are noted but not guaranteed and will be honored on a space-available basis at the time of check-in.

The Riviera is graciously allowing us to hold our event in the summer for an extremely low room rate. We are required to meet a quota of room nights in order to get this rate so please help us out by booking your room through us so that we get the credit and are not penalized. The room rates are only $49.00 a night for up to two people per room. Each additional guest in the same room will cost $20.00. Our event will be held in the Riviera Hotel's Royal Pavilion which is just an elevator ride and a short walk from your room. You never need to go outside which is a good thing since summer in Las Vegas has been known to reach 116 degree temperatures. The convenience of staying at the Riviera Hotel, the $49/night room rates, and the additional convention package savings you'll receive by booking through us makes this option financially and logistically superb.
