Having a coach can greatly increase your ability to reach your full potential. There are many subtle steps to training that most jugglers have overlooked and as a result, they've embedded bad form within their juggling and limited how good they can become. The first two to three years of training are the most important. They will determine how good you can become. Unfortunately for juggling, there are not that many qualified coaches available. That is why the WJF is pleased to offer professional online training by Jason Garfield. Author of the Theory and Practice of Juggling book and DVD and President of the World Juggling Federation, Jason Garfield can help you reach your potential. Here's how it works:
1. You pay for Expert Online Training
2. You tape yourself juggling
3. You edit together up to 10 minutes of footage you want reviewed
4. You send or upload the video (See video requirements below)
5. Jason Garfield will review your video and detail everything you need to work on and how to work on it.
6. Jason Garfield will send your video back with his commentary on the audio track. The returned video may be longer than the original depending on how long the instructions, explanations, and slow motion replays take.
7. You watch the video and learn.
8. You practice and get better!
Videos can be sent either as a playable DVD, or on a CD or DVD in any video format playable through quicktime or windows media player. The higher the quality the better. You may also use a video hosting company such as youtube to upload the video or you can send the video through file sending services such as yousendit.com. Send video links to info@thewjf.com (Do not send videos as attachments!)
