The Riviera Hotel is offering a convention rate of $69.00/night April 7th through the 12th, 2009 when mentioning that you are with the World Juggling Federation Training Camp.

Room reservations will be made directly with the hotel by calling 1-800-634-6753 in the Continental U.S. or direct 702-794-9412. In doing so, please request the group rate for the WORLD JUGGLING FEDERATION.

The Hotel requires a one night’s room deposit plus Clark County Room tax. This deposit may be made by major credit card, check, or money order. The credit card is charged at the time of the booking and if you are sending a check or money order, the Hotel must receive payment within 14 days of making the room reservation or it will be canceled. The room deposit is refundable if reservations are canceled at least seven (7) days prior to arrival.

The Hotel does not issue written confirmations, however, a guest may obtain a confirmation number by calling the Room Reservations Department at 800-634-6753.

CUT-OFF DATE

The cut-off date for room reservations will be March 18th, 2009. All rooms not accounted for by this date will be released back to the Hotel. All room requests will then be confirmed, subject to availability, and rack rates may apply.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
PLEASE NOTE: Guests who check out earlier than scheduled will incur a penalty of one night’s room and tax. The guest will be informed of this at check-in and can change his/her respective checkout date at the time of check-in, without penalty. An early check-out after that time will then be charged a penalty of one night’s room and tax.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

The Riviera does not allow any food and beverage to be brought into the Hotel. If it comes to our attention that food and beverage is being brought into the Hotel Suites, in violation of this policy, then the Hotel will automatically post a daily corkage fee in the amount of $500.00 to the guest folio.
