Attendees must show photo I.D. along with their event pass to enter the event facility and to
attend all workshops.

Smoking is prohibited at all times at all WJF events.

Attire not permitted:
Full or partial clown costumes and/or makeup that resembles the makeup of a clown or mime or anything inconsistent with a normal daily appearance similar to gym attire or casual attire. Please do not walk through the hotel's public areas wearing only a robe.

Behavior not permitted:

Acting in a manner that could be considered reckless, inconsiderate or potentially hazardous. No throwing objects across the room or in a manner inconsistent with juggling practice. No sticking rings or any other objects inside the cracks of the walls.

WJF event participants must maintain proper hygiene. This means you should be properly dressed in laundered clothing, you must be clean and actively using effective deodorant or not smell offensive

Children under 13 years old are not to be left unsupervised at any time. This is not a daycare or a place to drop off kids. This is a juggling event. Please maintain control of your children at all times and keep them safe. Children under 13 must be under the supervision of a paying adult attendee at all times.

Anyone who wishes to enter the event facilities must pay to attend. There are not discounted rates based off of what you decide to do once you’re inside.

Gym bags, juggling equipment, and any other personal belongings are not to be left anywhere in the pavilion without the accompaniment of its owner. The WJF and the Riviera Hotel assume no responsibility for lost or stolen personal belongings. Practice space must stay as open and clear as possible and is not used as a storage room. Gym bags and other belongings left unsupervised may be removed at owners risk.

No mode of transportation inside the pavilion is allowed except for walking. (Wheelchairs are allowed if required)

Video taping and still photograpy is prohibited at all times unless special permission is granted. Anyone found to have taken pictures or video of any WJF event (such as in an online photo gallery or video hosting service) may have their membership revoked. If discovered during the event, current event access may be revoked as well.

Participants in WJF events, when in the practice space or competition area, must wear shoes and socks at all times. Please do not use Hotel property in any way inconsistent with its obvious purpose. (No balancing yourself on chairs, or balancing chairs on yourself or anyone else).

No sleeping is allowed anywhere in the hotel except in your room.

THERE IS NO JUGGLING ALLOWED ANYWHERE INSIDE THE HOTEL EXCEPT IN OUR DESIGNATED SPACE. THOSE FOUND JUGGLING OUTSIDE OF THE ROYAL PAVILION AND INSIDE THE HOTEL WILL HAVE THEIR EVENT ACCESS AND MEMBERSHIP REVOKED. THIS IS A SERIOUS RULE. PLEASE ADHERE TO IT!

If you choose to attend a WJF event, you agree to follow the WJF rules. Please respect and adhere to all these rules and help us in effectively representing juggling and jugglers as professionally as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
