ALL SKILL LEVELS WELCOME. THIS IS MORE ABOUT PREPARING YOUR BODY TO BECOME A STRONG STABLE JUGGLER. THERE WILL BE JUGGLING TRAINING BUT NOT AT AN ADVANCED LEVEL
• Juggling Form - starting, stopping, and juggling for duration
• Practice Structure - how to put together the most effective training session
• Routine Formation - how to put together a routine for competition and/or performances
• Warm Ups and Stretches
• Full Body Exercises to strengthen the foundation of your juggling
• Conditioning - Strengthening the heart for maximum endurance strength
• Coaching on numbers, overhead throws, body throws, backcrosses, the shower pattern, and siteswaps
