Rooms are blocked run-of-house, based on hotel availability.
All rooms have either one king bed OR two queen beds; only non-smoking rooms are available. Inventories of specific room types are limited. We will make every attempt to accommodate requests for specific room types but cannot guarantee availability.
Hotel has a mandatory $24.99 plus tax, per room, per day, Resort Fee which is in addition to room and tax charges. Benefits include in-room Wi-Fi, access to the Fitness Center, in-room coffee, in-room safe, unlimited local & 800 calls as well as free Wi-Fi in Java Vegas Coffee Shop & High-Speed Internet Access in our Business Center. The Resort Fee and its inclusions are subjected to increase without prior notice.
Direct Call and On-Line
Prior to cut-off date, individuals are encouraged to book their reservations on-line. To receive the special group rate members will need to enter the assigned Reservation ID: W16L21C through the Hotel’s website at www.GoldCoastCasino.com/
Prior to cut-off date, individuals may also call Hotel’s Room Reservations Department direct at
(800) 675-3267 and identify themselves as members of a group or convention with Reservation ID: W16L21C.
Without this Reservation ID, they will not receive the special rate and may be advised that Hotel is sold out. Operating on Pacific Time, hours of operations are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm; Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
First night’s room and tax will be required at the time of booking. The following methods of payment may be used for deposit: company check, American Express; Diners Club; MasterCard; Discover; VISA; JCB; Money Order. Hotel accepts company/personal checks for payment of deposits only and must be received a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to arrival date.
To ensure fast and efficient check-in, name changes must be requested at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival. Hotel reserves the right to refuse all and any name change requests within stipulated cut-off dates for each Event. Although Hotel will make every effort to accommodate such requests, requests may be declined at Hotel’s sole discretion.
Specific guest room types, numbers and floors cannot be confirmed at this time. Hotel will make every attempt to accommodate special requests. Hotel cannot guarantee that special requests will be honored.
PAYMENT AND BILLING
Individuals shall be responsible for their own room, tax, and incidental room charges. Upon check-in, each guest will have an individual account created and each guest will be responsible for their own account unless otherwise specified in writing.
The following methods of payment may be used for deposit: company check; American Express; Diners Club; MasterCard; Discover, VISA, or JCB. Hotel accepts company checks for payment of deposits only.
Hotel does not take personal checks at check-out as payment in full for individual accounts without prior bank clearance.
INDIVIDUAL CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FOR INCIDENTALS/SECURITY DEPOSIT
The Hotel requires a credit card upon check-in to cover incidentals. A pre-authorization will take place as incidental charges are incurred during the guest’s stay. Please note that for guests using a debit card, the pre-authorization will act as a direct withdrawal from the guest’s bank account and the funds will be automatically withdrawn upon check-in. After deducting an amount equal to the incidentals used during the guest’s stay at the Hotel, any balance will be credited to the guest’s bank account upon check-out. Hotel reserves the right to retain the security deposit and charge the credit card utilized for security deposit any additional amounts necessary to fully compensate for: (1) and damage to hotel rooms (including the cost of repair and lost revenue for any time during which hotel room cannot be utilized because of such repair work); and (2) the cost associated with any excessive cleanup of any hotel room that may be necessary as a result of the condition of any hotel room used by guest
It is presumed that each arrival of Group’s contingency will be on a separate and individual basis. Group baggag
e handling is available on request and will be subject to a $4.50 per person, round-trip, bellman gratuity to allow for in-house baggage handling. The gratuity is subject to increase without notice. All motor coach groups are preregistered and pre-keyed.
Check-in for group arrivals begins at 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Hotel agrees to make rooms available prior to the stated check-in time and to extend late check-out to guests on a preferential basis, if available.
An early check-in fee will apply, early check in is from 7:00am – 1:00pm.
GENERAL HOTEL POLICIES
Guestrooms must be occupied and registered to at least one adult, who is twenty-one (21)
years of age or older. PHOTO IDENTIFICATION WILL BE REQUIRED UPON CHECK-IN. Hotel reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any individual(s) when not in compliance with this policy.
At check-in, all guests will be required to post a valid credit card to secure their individual room accounts and to cover an additional $100.00 security/damage deposit for standard guest rooms; $250.00 for a one-bedroom King Executive Suite and two-bedroom Executive Suite; and $500.00 for a one-bedroom Luxury Suite or two-bedroom Presidential Suite.
Hotel reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any individual(s) who are not in compliance with or fail to abide by these policies.
Hotel abides by federal law. Under federal law, it is illegal to possess, use, buy, sell, or cultivate marijuana. Guests not abiding by federal law will be required to leave the property.
Hotel offers FREE PARKING, both surface and garage. Valet parking is also free with gratuity at customer discretion.
Hotel does not permit the removal of furniture from sleeping rooms, nor does it permit the addition of furniture to sleeping rooms. Sleeping rooms are rented on the basis of the existing furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
Hotel will conduct a safety and welfare check after a “Do Not Disturb” sign has been in place for two consecutive days.
BOYD BCLEAN POLICY
All individuals visiting the Hotel’s (including those related to your upcoming Event) will be required to comply with any and all then applicable local, state, and Federal laws, regulations, orders, and directives, as well as the Property’s general policies and procedures designed to protect the safety and well-being of Hotel’s guests and employees.
Boxes/envelopes sent to an individual guest will be held at the bell desk and cannot be delivered to the convention floor; the guest will be required to pick up and sign for the delivery or have the bell desk deliver the shipment to their guest room.
Deliveries (made by Hotel’s Bell staff) to guest rooms are $20.00 per cart each way. Charges are determined by size and quantity of items.
Additional fees may apply for excess weight or size.
Should excessive cleaning of any guest room or suite be required, a cleaning fee will be incurred and automatically charged to the guest room folio by the Front Desk as reported by Housekeeping.
Requests for additional sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are subject to a daily $15.00 plus tax additional linen fee. Requests are limited to one additional set per room daily.
ROOMS ONLY GROUP:
All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellation of entire group less than sixty (60) days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of entire deposit as penalty.
Guns, knives or weapons of any kind are not allowed on hotel or casino premises for any reason. Any Guest violating this policy may be asked to leave the property immediately and will not be entitled to a refund of any prepaid amounts.
Hotel policy for cancellation of an individual guaranteed reservation is at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to scheduled arrival date. Rooms released less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to arrival date and all no-shows will be subject to a cancellation penalty equivalent to the first night’s room and tax.
Hotel is an entertainment/casino business governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and licensed by the State of Nevada Gaming Control Commission. As such, each governing entity requires Hotel to notify all arriving groups that it is against the law for any minor (under the age of 21) to loiter in, or near, any gaming area. Should any minor be discovered participating in gambling or creating a disturbance, your entire Group would be required to leave the property. Under no circumstances will a minor be allowed to check-in or occupy a hotel room without the accompaniment of at least one person 21 years of age or older.
