The Guest Room/Suite rates quoted above are exclusive of the applicable Clark County room tax at the time of stay which is currently Thirteen and Thirty Eight Percent (13.38%), subject to change.

A $39.00 daily resort fee plus the applicable Clark County Room Tax is applied to each hotel room reservation and includes amenities. For all registered guests, the resort fee includes: Property-wide high speed wireless internet access (public spaces, meeting space and in-room), unlimited local and toll-free calls, airline boarding pass printing and cardio room access for guests 18+.

Individual deposits: It is an attendee’s responsibility to submit a valid credit card number with name as it appears on the card, billing address and credit card expiration date, or a deposit equal to the first night’s room/suite rate, and tax as a guarantee, at the time the attendee makes the reservation. Attendee’s credit card will be charged the first night’s room/suite rate and tax at that time. Individual room reservations not guaranteed will be automatically canceled by Hotel within fourteen (14) days of the reservation date.  Refunds will be issued on individual attendee’s reservations only if canceled at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the confirmed arrival date. All guaranteed reservations will be held until 6:00 a.m. only on the day after attendee’s confirmed arrival date. Attendees must pay the balance of all room, resort fee, tax and incidental charges upon check-out.

Hotel allows individual attendees the right to cancel their guest room/suite reservations without penalty up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the attendees’ scheduled arrival date. Depending on the method of deposit or guarantee, Hotel shall charge the individual attendee the first night’s guest room/suite rate and tax for cancellation within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled arrival date or failure of the individual to check-in on the scheduled arrival date. Any remaining nights of a “no show” reservation will be canceled.
